Insights Discovery® in Mauritius: workshops and profiles for teams and leaders

What is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery® is a personality profiling model built on the work of psychologist Carl Jung. It describes how each person prefers to think, decide and communicate through four colour energies. Each participant answers an online questionnaire and receives a personal profile. The real value comes in the workshop, when the team learns to read and adapt to each other.

The four colour energies

• Fiery Red: direct, results focused, likes to decide fast.
• Sunshine Yellow: enthusiastic, sociable, full of ideas.
• Earth Green: caring, looks for harmony and consensus.
• Cool Blue: precise, analytical, needs data before acting.

Everyone has all four energies, in different proportions. Nobody is "a red" or "a blue". The model describes preferences, not boxes.

Mauritius lives with difference every day: languages, cultures and traditions that share one island. Teams can do the same with personalities. Insights Discovery gives them a simple, shared language to do it.

What we offer

• Team workshop. Half a day or a full day. Each person discovers their profile, then the team works on real situations: meetings, conflicts, decisions, collaboration between departments.
• Individual profile and debrief. For a leader or a manager, often as part of executive coaching.

How a workshop runs

1. Diagnostic. A conversation with the leader about the team's real challenges.
2. Profiles. Each participant fills in the online questionnaire before the workshop.
3. Workshop. Experiential: people discover their profile by doing, not by listening to a lecture.
4. Application. We link the colours to the team's real work: how to run a meeting, give feedback, decide together.
5. Follow-up. A check-in a few weeks later to keep the language alive.
